Azamara Here I Come!

Well this time next week I’ll be making my way to Manchester airport to fly to Venice to board ‘Azamara Journey ‘ for a 7 night itinerary around the Eastern Mediterranean. When the educational was offered to me and my colleague approximately six weeks ago I had no hesitation in saying ‘Yes’ to this fantastic opportunity. As not only will I will be experiencing the fantastic service and standards that ‘Azamara’ provide but I will be seeing ports of call that I have never seen before, plus an ‘Azamazing Evening!’

The 7 night itinerary on the Azamara Journey will start from Venice, we then sail to Hvar in Croatia which is a two day overnight stay in port. We then have a short sail to the city of Spilt, where we will enjoy our Azamazing Evening excursion which is complimentary with Azamara. We then sail on to the historic city of Dubrovnik and then go to Durres in Albania, we then finally arrive  in Venice for an overnight stay in port before travelling back home to the UK. Not bad for a work trip!

I have been in the travel industry for many years and  have had many educational/work trips in the past, but I have never looked more forward to a trip like this because of what I am going to get out of it. A lot of friends and customers have joked and said ‘it’s another jolly your on’ and yes it’s a perk of the job but the main objective of the trip is to familiarise myself of what what the cruise line has to offer and then pass my experiences back to my colleagues and customers alike.

We will be taking plenty of photos and recording videos not just of cabins and restaurants but also anything that is unique or out of the ordinary on-board this ship – so watch this space!

I am really looking forward to sailing with Azamara and I hope to share and pass my experiences on to you. So please call Sean on 0330 303 8190 or email me at [email protected] if you are interested in Azamara.
