Game of Thrones

So it seems these days that for every popular TV programme, their comes a cruise to match!!

From  Downton Abbey, Splash and Strictly come Dancing to name a few comes the latest craze  “Game of Thrones”.

Now I feel like I have missed out on something here since I have never watched the series. Although with all the hype I really think I should download and catch up.

The luxury cruise line Crystal Cruises are offering a one off unique excursion to the setting of where some episodes have been filmed.

The tour will last for 9 hours and consist of a hands on tour of some of the Castles, the chance to shoot with a bow and arrow, take photos with some of the costumes and discover how the sets came together.

Northern Ireland is the key setting and the  excursion  will be available at $289 for guests booked on a seven-day cruise through the British Isles departing August 24 aboard the Crystal Symphony, as well as guests on the 14-day Ireland/Iceland and New England Transatlantic Crystal Serenity Voyage departing September 5.

So for those fans out there this really will be a unique opportunity to experience Games of Thrones.
