Have you heard of the famous American Carlo’s Bake shop?

If you haven’t you could be missing on some of the best desserts ever made. This could only be found in the States but I have heard today, soon it will be found on any of the Norwegian cruise line fleet. Whop whop!

I have had some of the most incredible desserts at Carlo’s which take me back to sweet home Italy!

My favourite is the so called “Cannoli”, a Sicilian speciality made with crusty biscuit filled with sweet ricotta and chocolate chips. To enjoy the pleasure they really deserve, i recommend eating them on its own, maybe for an afternoon tea, not after a meal as they are quiet filling!

Carlo’s bake shop is run by Buddy Valastro, a famous Italian-American Master Baker. Buddy is an accomplished fourth generation baker born into the business owned and operated by his parents. When he came to run the family business at a young age, he had bigger and better thoughts, and expanded the family business in other cities by opening other shops and later with his own restaurant in the Venetian in Las Vegas called Buddy V’s. This bakery shop is the place to be if you like delicious treats s and confections. The most famous are the cannoli, tiramisu and a variety or unique cakes, cupcakes and Italian cookies.

What a privilege this is for Norwegian! This is enough reason to cruise with Norwegian cruise line! So, what are you waiting for?
