Caribbean by land or Caribbean by Sea? I know the answer to that!

What other perfect way to visit the Caribbean Islands than cruising along its crystalline clear waters! By seeing many islands in one holiday, you’re definitely making the most of your time and money.

I wish I knew this when I went to the Bahamas in 2005!

I’m sure most of you know how expensive is the accommodation and how low is the standard of 4* star hotels!

You would expect luxury for the price you have to pay and instead you get average service with average rooms, average restaurants with average food, more often than not the only restaurant included is a buffet restaurant.

Well, I know I can find everything I want on the Norwegian Epic, and with the December sailing i can also ensure a perfect tan for the Christmas holidays upon us!

Why even attempt your fate in any average hotel, when you could be travelling on board one of the most amazing ships that offers you innovative rooms, a great level of service together with the most exquisite cuisine in waiter serviced restaurants.

You have 7 complimentary dining options ranging from three-course dining to endless excuisite buffets with action stations.

There are 20 exciting bars and lounges, all with a different atmosphere where you will definitely find one to match your style and mood. You can choose from jazz clubs, live comedy, piano bar and legends in concert, just to say a few.

Or, if you want to combine both and you fancy a theatrical dining experience, then The Cirque Dreams restaurant is the one to try. There is a small charge for this, but it’s only $15 per person, and you get a three course meal with the entertainment of very talented international performers!  The costumes are fabulous and the acts are brilliant. There aren’t really any bad seats in the restaurant, so I wouldn’t pay extra for the preferred seating option. This was definitely one of my favourite experiences on board!

CIRQUE DREAM RESTAURANT

A must see, is the coolest bar, called Svedka Ice bar, the first one ever at sea! Kept at -17 degrees you can definitely cool down  after a long day in the sun. Everything is made of ice, even the glasses you drink from!! You will be provided with warm hooded coats and gloves.

SVEDKA ICE BAR

I  loved the Epic, and I would recommend it to all my family and friends, and with what you can experience on board, It is not a surprise it’s been voted the best entertainment in year 2012!!
