Drinks Packages

Many cruise lines are offering free drink packages and I have many customer saying how good this is and how much this would save them money.

I believe this is  good idea and I hope that many more cruise line’s will do this offer as I think its good for the customer’s and it gives them that piece of mind that all they have do is pay for there excursions and everything else is all included. But some people don’t think this is a good idea as they think it will bring a different clientele to the cruise lines.

Are cruise lines doing this and the service will go down and they will get different clients on board now or are they doing it just to keep up with the times and offer customer’s what they want?

Now I speak to many customer’s when they have returned from there cruise and loads have said on some cruise lines how expensive the drinks are and how in a way has spoilt there holiday. I believe this is a good idea and gives my customer’s the peace of mind that everything on board is included and they don’t have to watch there money or what they drink as it’s all included before they go.

What’s your thoughts on this do you think it’s a good idea or do you think the service and clientele will change on these cruise line’s?
