Disabled Cabins

Do you think cruise line’s have enough disabled cabins??

I’ve had 3 different customer’s this week wanting disabled cabins all for different times. One of my customer wanted to go away any time next year with P&O any ship any length in stay just sailing from Southampton they didn’t even mind where it sailed too and all I could find him was three ships that had got a disabled cabin available in the whole of a year. My other two customers wanted to go in the next couple of months and you can guess nothing available so these customer’s are on a wait list.

Do customer’s with a disability get penalised I think they do. Do customer’s with a disability have to book as soon as the cruise lines bring there brochure’s out? Is this fair I don’t think it is, other customer’s can leave it till the last minute and get getaway fares and have no problem with getting any cabin type. I know that the cruise lines do do getaway fares for disabled cabins but can you get a disabled cabin at this stage of booking No.

I believe that cruise lines should have more disabled cabins available.

Please tell me what your thoughts are on this matter as I would love to hear what other people have to say about it.
