New Norwegian Escape really does have the wow factor!

The brand new Norwegian Escape is scheduled to commence sailing out of Miami in October 2015. It is the sister ship to NCL Breakaway and Getaway, with all the same features and a couple of extra features to enjoy!

I am a big fan of Norwegian Cruise line and I especially love the all the dining options and entertainment. The ships are family friendly too, with endless activities to keep the children entertained. My favourite is the kid’s pool area with waterslides!

Sea views like you have never seen before are the norm, with the Waterfront area being a quarter of a mile of outside space offering stunning views. Here you can enjoy a cold drink in one of the bars or dine in a signature restaurant. Norwegian are the first cruise line to utilise this space in such a way, making the most out of the promenade deck and those wonderful open spaces.

Right in the middle of the ship is ‘Ocean Place’, which is three decks of amazing entertainment and dining venues including the largest casino in the NCL fleet. Within the casino will feature a new bar called skyline, with Wow being the best way to describe it. Gold and metallic tables with video poker and multiple LED screens that change to create a variety of scenes and moods.

My favourite restaurant at sea is, Le Bistro – a lovely French speciality dining experience offering an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Also located here along with Le Bistro are Cagney’s, Teppanyaki and O’Sheehan’s restaurants.

There is a new self-service wine bar in the Atrium! I wonder how many different wines are on offer.

Main dining rooms Taste and Savor will be located on deck 6.

New on Escape will be the Private Room at Taste. Accommodating 100 guest, this private room will have its own entrance, lounge and dining area. Sounds perfect for a wedding venue or a group celebrating a special occasion.

The choice of accommodation is amazing! There is something to suit everyone. Whether it’s a private villa holiday you prefer or an inside cabin, the choice is excellent. The Escape will also feature the award winning studios, specially designed for solo travellers taking care of that nasty single supplement. The bright modern feel offers that touch of luxury in all staterooms.
