Norwegian cruise lines have totally changed the way you purchase a cruise.

I personally think it is for the better. It offers you the flexibility to choose what you would like included in your cruise for a great ad on supplement.

Here how it works..

On most cruises you have full board, entertainment, activities and children’s clubs included in the basic price.

Free at sea gives you the option to choose 2 of the following for just £99 for a week

Premium beverage package – this includes wines, beers, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks

There are loads of cocktails to choose from, over 20 wines and a whole list of branded spirits.

The choice is fantastic!

Speciality Dining package – dine in selected speciality restaurants up to 3 times during a week cruise. This is worth $89 per person.

The restaurants you can dine in are. Teppanyaki which is a Japanese restaurant, Margaritaville which sounds like the finest fast food in this themed restaurant. It does sound fun! Moderno Churrascaria – I have dined at a similar Brazilian restaurant in Rio and Manchester ha! I can say it is a meal lovers dream! They carve the meat at the table – the salad bar is lovely as well! La Cuchina is an Italian restaurant – always a favourite with most, Le Bistro is a French restaurant which I had the pleasure of dining in when I was on-board the NCL Jade – The food was delicious! Finally, Cagney’s steakhouse which I am sure speaks for its self and will be very popular.

Internet package – 250 minutes for a week’s cruise per cabin

$50 per port shore excursions – this is per stateroom. Perfect if you are planning to take some trips. You can book online before you go and then get the money on your onboard account or wait until you travel

The cruise prices are excellent and by adding on the fee at sea will enhance your holiday how you feel at a brilliant price.
