The day in the life of a Cruise Consultant.

Well I must say that every day is so totally different. Everyday is enjoyable and we all learn and meet new things and people.  Today I have experienced so many emotions and has left me feeling totally happy with my life and what I have in it.

My first call was a customer whose cruise experience did not go too well. He was very unlucky with the allocation of his stateroom (Getaway fares !) He was above a very lively bar and returned home feeling as though he had spent every night in bed with Freddie Murcury or various other tribute acts appearing on board. This made me feel really sad as we all wants our customers to have an amazing time.

My next call was a very upbeat man booking a Christmas Present for his parents to say thanks for all they had done for him over the years. A fantastic little Bahamas cruise will do just the trick on Christmas Morning. How kind and thoughtful was that. We had a very long chat whilst searching for the best deal and he then offered me the use of his own villa in Orlando for me and my family free of charge for our next family holiday. How lucky am I. Do you every get amazing opportunities offered to you  all in a days work.

I finished my day dealing with a young lady I can only say was an inspiration. Although she has a life changing illness was finding a cruise for close friends  who do not have any cruise experience.  We searched and found them an amazing offer and they are now looking forward to it. Thanks to the kindness of a friend who wants nothing in return.

We are not only here to find you amazing holidays but to talk and listen.  I am off for a few days now with my family and will appreciate and enjoy the time I have with them. But look forward to my return to work and sharing in the enjoyment of booking your next cruise experience.
