Cruising Around The Caribbean Continued!

Now, where was I, oh yes back to my cruise on the Equinox.

Well after having a fantastic night sleep at the Crowne Plaza in Miami myself and my sister woke up nice and early feeling totally refreshed. We got showered and sorted ourselves out before heading downstairs for breakfast. Now the breakfast room was absolutely fantastic, it was nice and airy the staff were very polite and helpful, the choice of food was excellent, they had so much to choose from it was fantastic, all nice and fresh.

Our coach transfer was not picking us up till after about 1 pm so, after breakfast, we took a stroll outside to a nice seating area to chill till our pick up coach arrived, ah it was such a beautiful day the sun beaming down on us, it was just what we both needed.

In reception there was a Celebrity representative that kept us all updated to what time our transfer coach was picking us up, the hotel was quite busy, they were not only dealing with guests going on the Equinox, they also had a lot of guests waiting for transfers for Allure of the Seas with RCCL.

At about 1 pm our transfer turned up and we were directed to our coach, it took about 20 minutes to arrive at Miami port.

When we arrived goodness it was mayhem, there were so many ships in port and so many guests checking in.

After about 1hour we boarded the ship, oh wow she looked amazing, we nipped down to our cabin which was an obstructed balcony but I have to say there was no obstruction, it was gorgeous, just how I imagined.

Whilst we waited for our suitcases to arrive in our cabin we decided to have a little mooch around the ship to try and get our bearings.

Aww, I have to say the ship was just fantastic, between the main atrium, glass lifts, the massive pool area with so many places to sunbathe, beautiful bed canopies, a little coffee and tea area, speciality restaurants goodness I can go on forever.

Below are a few pictures to give you a little insight:
