I don’t know about you but I’m really excited on the arrival of Anthem. With so many amazing firsts at sea it really is taking cruising to a whole new level. Sailing from Southampton in April guests are really in for an incredible experience. Why not try sky diving – yes I did say sky diving!! For those who would like a more relaxing activity head for the North Star. Here you will be elevated gently over 300 feet above sea level. You will have a 360 – degree view so remember to take your camera as there will be some stunning views to snap which I’m sure you would never have seen before. Want to head inside for some fun? No problem! Go to the Seaplex where you can play basketball, go roller skating, go to circus school and even have a go at the Dodgems! This entertainment venue is full of family fun and I’m sure you will agree it won’t just be the children that will be having all of the fun.

On to my favourite part of cruising – The food. Anthem of the Seas brings Dining to a Whole new level with it’s Dynamic Dining concept. Gone are the days where you can choose from 1st or 2nd sitting. On Anthem you can choose to dine, where you want, when you want and with who you want, making your cruising experience unique and personal to you. With the option of 18 fantastic dining venues which 5 main restaurants are complimentary, you will be guaranteed a mouth watering dining experience. Anthem has  celebrity chefs joining the crew to complete this award winning dining. Our very own Jamie Oliver brings Jamie’s Italian offering home-made rustic favourites. Visit Michael’s Genuine Pub by Michael Schwartz. Here you will served with delicious bar snacks and served with Michael’s Genuine Home Brew.  Other speciality restaurants include Wonderland, Silk and Chops Grille. You can view the menus before you travel and guests are encouraged to make reservations before sailing as reservations are on a first come first served basis. Making you reservation is really straight forward and this can be done via you cruise planner however don’t worry as you can change things once you get on board.
