The next adventure…

I’m back at my desk now after a fabulous family break at the seaside and have already found myself pre-planning our excursions for our main holiday in October of this year. With the children off school for six weeks, I figure that a little advance-holiday-planning is something we can enjoy together and we have already created a holiday countdown, which has pride of place on the fridge-freezer and is now down to double figures at 99 days & counting!

Holidays for me are a chance to enjoy time together as a family without the constraints of day-to-day life and there is nothing better than making memories with loved ones; hence the fact that I always try to book something ahead so that as one adventure ends, the excitement of looking forward to another begins… & we are very much looking forward to our trip aboard Carnival Magic in October!

The last couple of months actually turned out to be been a particularly busy time for me work-wise, not just in terms of booking a wide range of cruise holidays for some wonderful people like yourselves, but also as I travelled down to Southampton for a ship visit aboard P&O Azura and was lucky enough to sample the delights of the luxurious Oceania Insignia whilst she was in port in Liverpool. These ship visits are a part of my job which I really enjoy and they ensure I am always up to date with the latest news and offers from the world of cruising, as well as giving me the chance to experience the ships first-hand, meaning I am always well placed to offer you the best advice on your next cruise.

I also had the unique opportunity to experience a ‘family-day’ aboard Crown Princess, which enabled me to take the children and my parents aboard to sample the delights of Princess Cruises for the day; my kids wanted to stay on board and felt like they were on a mini-holiday despite never leaving port, and my Mum & Dad were incredibly impressed with the level of service and the facilities on board.

There are plenty of photos and personal reviews of the ship visits, as well as travel articles written by yours truly, on my blog: http://www.cruise.co.uk/katrinaandthewaves and also on my Facebook page: Katrina And The Waves, so please take a look.

Most recently, I was invited to spend 7 nights sampling Cunard’s Queen Victoria, so click on the link to read my latest article: http://www.cruise.co.uk/katrinaandthewaves/meeting-queen-victoria/

…& as for your next adventure, whether you are considering a little break away or an epic world voyage, we are privy to special rates with over 50 different cruise lines and I am on hand to tailor-make a cruise package for you which will include everything your holiday-heart desires; from coach transfers, carparking and on board credit options, to flights, transfers and hotels stays, as well as exclusive tour options, shore excursions, bucket list experiences and much more… I will bring everything together for you to create your ideal holiday experience. So whatever you are thinking of doing for your next holiday, as always, make me your first port of call 🙂
