MSC Seaview , Like the swans say ”I fell in Love” !!!

Hi all, well I am back off my little trip away, first of all, didn’t get chance to see Barcelona the weather was awful, rivers running down the streets lol x However my trip on Seaview more than made up for that.

She is simply a beautiful ship. For families, there is so much to do, and so much outside space, it was amazing. Where to start?

We boarded a little early, I was very lucky that my roomie is a black card member, and the check in was so smooth. We went straight to our wonderful balcony cabin, really spacious… If you want to see the video of the cabin check it out here ….cabin and balcony

and the shower … cabin as entering and the shower

Then we started to explore, obviously starting with a drink. The outside space is amazing. She is definitely built for good weather, but as we didn’t have that, there was still plenty going on inside and so much space it never felt crowded., lots at the front of the ship on different levers, and the bridge of sighs on the top deck.

Now some pics of the ship…

The stunning crystal staircases in the atrium

Then for the children, there is an indoor pool which was lovely and warm, the outdoor area with the adventure land, and the children’s clubs, with an abundance of lego, games and fun for ages 3 to 16 years.

We move on to the bigger kids or should I say, adults, they have a fabulous spa onboard with an ice room, and fully stocked gym, with trainers on hand, should you need any help with the different exercise machines, they have classes too, for the more energetic.

The sports bar is the most glamorous I have ever seen anywhere, never mind just on a ship. they have a large screen, then little booth areas with bean bags and your own tv.too, and everywhere glass windows to let in the light, with a wonderful oval bar right in the middle. The sports bar leads nicely to the gym and the spa, a lovely area for adults. They have the Aurea inside and outside area here too.

The fun area, there is a silent disco area, and the formula one racing, with full size 2 lane bowling and the 4d cinema experience along with games for the children to play. Be aware most of these carry an extra charge. They do packages which I think would work out more economical for the families.

I won’t go on to the food this time, we will cover the options for that next time. I am going to leave you with my video of the bridge of sighs crossing aggghhhh…

Bridge of sighs, would you walk over it???
