TUI banning babies and toddlers from pools!!

A pool for the little darlings is one of the most important aspects of a family holiday in most cases, would you consider booking a holiday where your children didn’t have use of a pool? I don’t think I would to be honest, but I guess it depends on how you intend to spend that holiday. If you plan to be out and about, seeing the sights then it wont be a problem. But if you are a pool side, chill out family then the news I have for you will effect how you choose your holidays from now on.

TUI Cruise, or Marella Cruise as they are now known have banned all children who are not toilet trained (and yes that includes children in swim nappies and pull ups) from using ANY of their on board pools for health and hygiene reasons. What?!! I hear you shout…but what may surprise you more is that they aren’t alone on this.

Many of the cruise lines have the exact same policy when it comes to babies and toddlers. If they aren’t fully potty trained, they cant use the pools. In fact, it would be quicker to name the cruise lines who do offer a pool for the youngsters than it would be to list the ones who don’t as there aren’t many of them.

Here at Cruise.co.uk we like to make finding the right cruise as easy as possible, so we devised a handy little guide that shows just what each cruise line has to offer for babies and children as well as the minimum age that they can travel (which varies between cruise lines), whether they can provide pureed food, nappies, cots etc for them. We also go on to show who offers what type of activities and the charge (if there is one) as well as baby sitting services available as again, this isn’t something offered on all cruise lines.

Check out our handy guide and let us help you decide which cruise line is the perfect fit for you and your family, you can find all this info here: http://www.cruise.co.uk/guides/cruise-information-babies-onboard/?affref=isabellel
