Let it snow, let it snow….. but not when I need to fly to my cruise departure port

I have previously mentioned  in my postings that many passengers book cruises with me but decide to take care of their own flights to and from the port of departure / arrival, mainly in order to save a few pounds.
We always tell the customers that when they book their own flights, it is their responsibility to get to the ship in time for departure.

This means that when there is any issue with your flight, the ship will not wait for you, nor will the cruise company pay any compensation.

When you book the cruise, you can also book your connecting transport via cruise.co.uk. In that case, when there is an issue, the cruiseline will take care of new flights, (compensation in case you still miss a part of the cruise).

So, if you want to relax before departure, make sure you book the whole package with me. At this moment, we are getting so many calls from passengers who booked their own flights and are now stuck, as there are no more flights left over Christmas.
