TV cruising favourites coming back!

I really enjoyed watching the TV series that have been on for The Cruise and Cruising with Jane McDonald.  They really give you an insight to cruising in so many different ways.  I am pleased to have found out that both TV programmes will be coming back for another series.  The Cruise will be back for a six part series and Princess cruises have announced filming will commence from August to November and be on board the Majestic Princess in Australia and New Zealand.  Tony Roberts who is Princess Cruises Vice president UK and Europe commented “The Cruise continues to go from strength to strength, with viewing figures higher than ever, so we are delighted to have ITV back on board.   Silversea and Holland America have both confirmed a fourth series with Cruising with Jane McDonald which will air next month.  The four part series will start on 8th June on channel 5 at 9pm.  It will be a different format this time and will feature two cruise lines in two episodes each where before it was one cruise line per episode.

I really like Cruising with Jane McDonald as you get to see places you may not have travelled to and see different ships.  She is very down to earth and it is nice to see what she gets up too.  The Cruise is also a must watch series as you get to see how a lot of the ship runs to things that passengers probably wouldn’t think about while enjoying their cruise.  I am sure that both of these TV programmes will do as well on their next series and hopefully they will come back again and again.  I will be watching both and looking forward to me being on a cruise later in the year.
