Conference to Christmas

Hello,

Just back in the office, again briefly, to make sure everything is in place for all my customers departing for their Christmas cruise holidays and for a quick update..

I have just returned from my first Conference with Cruise.co.uk and I must say what a great event it was.  I enjoyed 3 nights on board the Boudicca with Fred Olsen Cruises, the 1st night the ship was docked in Liverpool for a Party Cruise night.. as a company our theme was 80’s fancy dress and it was amazing to see all my colleagues dressed up – we had everything from Care Bears to Indiana Jones.

The second 2 nights was a mini-cruise from Liverpool – Dublin and return, both cruises were sold to regular customers as either the 1 or 2 night options with mainly just our conference group opting to do the both.  As the 1st night was sold as a Party cruise the atmosphere was fantastic on this and a full disco was operating and the ship had a very different feel to the normality of a Fred Olsen Cruise.  It was also lovely to get to spend a whole day in Dublin, I have visited before however would be a great way to get a taster of the City and many of my colleagues who had not been before are now desperate to return for a longer break.

The first 2 days I also got to enjoy presentations from many of our Cruise Supplier partners as well as different departments of our Head Office… lots of detail on forthcoming campaigns and offers and also great statistical information including twice where I was able to feature on the “big screen” for Consultants in their First Year with the company:
