Cheap Deal …. OR …. Quality Deal??

This week I wanted to share with you what I have experienced quite a lot lately when talking to my customers.  If I said the word DEAL to you what does this mean to you??

• Cheap? £500? £1000? £3500?
• Included Drinks?
• Savings / Money off?
• Discounts?
• Free Parking / Coach travel?
• 3* cruise line?
• Inside Cabin?

It can mean quite a few things dont you think?? AND this word DEAL I believe means something different to all of us!

Lately I have spoken to alot of my customers that have kindly called in and are looking for THEIR DEAL! Now I wish I would love to say I was Mystic Florence and I had my own magic crystal but unfortunately I do have to say that Im not so this opens up all the above wordings to me and much much more!

Do you wish to have Cheap? = Offering you the bare minimum, an agent who you may not speak to twice or may not be available when you need them and once you have booked you are on your own?

Do you wish to have a Quality DEAL? = Let us know exactly what this word DEAL means to you personally and we will listen, provide honest and real advice to manage your expectations and do our up most best to be able to find you that DEAL! AND not only this we will be there for you and look after you throughout your journey here at Cruise.co.uk from the moment you book to even after you return to ensure you had the best time ever from your chosen DEAL!
