So breaking news has it that Princess Cruises has just announced the Entertainment that will be available on The Crown Princess for all sailings to the Mediterranean and Northern Europe on 7 and 14 night sailings between NOW and September. You will be able to see some of the major sporting events on board such as The Ryder Cup, Football Matches and not forgetting Wimbledon.. These viewings will be available either in your stateroom or on the top deck cinema screen.

They will be serving food and drink to compliment these sporting events, for instance Pimms and Strawberries to compliment Wimbledon and a glass of Champagne whilst enjoying the Ryder Cup, Don’t mind if I do!!!!! Do you????

Princess Cruises have lined up some special guests through the summer to appear on board Paul Burrell (Butler to Princess Diana for those that didn’t know), Edwina Curry MP and Paul Best (The original drummer from the Beatles). Each of these guest speakers will give a 45 Minute talk, with a questions and answers section, with a Meet & Greet session, including Photographs and book signings. These special cruises will be advised at the time of the booking, but I am sure they will be advertised so that you don’t miss out. I would love to find out exactly what Paul Burrell used to do for Princess Diana and I am sure I am not the only one? Some of these guest speakers will be judging Princess’es very own singing competition for passengers, called The Voice of the Ocean, which is based on ITV’s The Voice.

Princess cruises will be for the first time only will be having The Last Night Of The Proms Celebration, with various themed activities. there will be Pop Concerts on the small and large screens featuring stars Annie Lennox, Lady Gaga, Peter Gabriel and Sting.

Several UK Channels will be available for the first time on a Princess Ship,to include BBC, ITV HD, Sky News and Sky Sports as well as recent films.
