Cruise Ship turned Scare Attraction..

I can’t actually believe its October, the time that the nights draw in very quickly and the run up to Christmas is on. As October is the Month of Halloween this week’s blog is all about Haunted Ships turned Scare attractions

Plans for the Abandoned Ocean Liner Duke of Lancaster have been announced to turn the abandoned vessel which lies off the coast of North Wales into a Scare Attraction

The Duke of Lancaster was a passenger ferry and cruise ship, travelling the Scottish isles and further into Europe to Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands and Sweden between 1956 and 1979 . after it was sold the new owner spent 30 years trying to restore the former ship into a Leisure and Retail complex however faced numerous legal battles and plans never came to fruition

So what’s next for the abandoned ship laid up in Llanerch-y-Mor, North Wales – Zombies. Launching in January 2019 the experience will provide 2 hours of scare thrills which are not for the faint of heart.

I am a fan all things scary but Im not sure being chased by Zombies round a ship would be for me!

Another ship that has been well known for their spooky happenings on board is the Queen Mary – The original is the most famous haunted ship – you can join a paranormal investigator on board and explore her most haunted locations. Retired in 1967 and based in Long Beach California, You can book a ghost tour on board or if you are feeling really brave book into the On-Board hotel

You can see some of the Video’s of Queen Mary’s Paranormal Sightings here

NCL’s Norwegian Dawn also has been reported to have a Variety of Paranormal sightings on board and passengers have reported Moving objects and mysterious goings-on aboard.

Have you ever had a paranormal experience on board? I would love to hear about your spooky onboard experiences
