Life’s A Beach

I often have people say to me that they would love to book a cruise but they love their beach holiday way too much. I ask them what is it you love most about the beach? They invariably respond. I love the sound of the sea hitting the shore and the thought of getting a better tan due to the sea breeze. Sounds gorgeous I’d say.

Then I’d ask them what do you dislike most about the beach. People’s response is usually…

I don’t like sand everywhere when I am reapplying sun cream, or being ripped off for having to keep paying out for sun loungers and umbrellas’.

Then I say, what about if you could have free sun loungers and umbrella’s a live band perhaps playing calypso music and waiters that know what you like to drink and deliver it to you before you even have to ask for it. Oh and we just simply loose the sand but you still get an uninterrupted view of the sea. Where do I sign up you say? Hold on, You do realize I am talking about a 5-star cruise ship.

The thing is most people go to the same beach every year not because they love that beach but because they know what they are going to experience. Isn’t life and holidays about experiencing something new?

Did you know we sell cruises that travel to The world’s finest sandy beaches, no matter if your looking for a private Island getaway, or to experience several different world class beaches in one trip you are a just a few cruise shore excursions away.

If that hasn’t got you ready to cruise and swap your beach for a deck then I think my next idea just might do the trick.

What is it you say?

I feel the only thing missing from all the amazing firsts at sea on cruises is a manmade beach and I don’t think we are too far away, I want you to remember you heard it here first. My vision is that they could have a pool deck reserved as a sandy beach, I’m talking purest sand, beach balls, inflatables, wave machines, beach volleyball beach football, doughnuts & Churros stands the lot. If they still want to keep a pool deck for those sand loavers, then there is still plenty of space for the beach in another area up on top decks. What do you think of my idea?

Would you give up your beach holiday to sail to amazing beaches on a cruise ship that has a state of the art man made beach?
