Record breaking Cruise

I think most out there have a Bucketlist of places they want to visit and often get to tick a couple of each holiday we take.

Viking Cruises have given people the opportunity to tick off almost everything in just one trip!

Last week Viking Sun set off on what has been called the Ultimate World Cruise.

Covering a staggering 6 Continents, 51 Countries including 112 Ports of call, this breathtaking 245 day voyage is set to be an epic 8 month Journey.

The ship, Viking Sun can accommodate just short of 1000 guests. With its luxury price tag you will have all your meals, beer and wine at mealtimes included as well as an excursion in each port of call with WIFI thrown in to report back home during the 8 month you will need to be away for.

It is reported that 4 passengers from the UK have signed up to the full 245 Cruise as well as 50 other passengers from all over the world including Australia and the USA.

For those who didn’t have the £63,000 per person required for this full voyage, they are able to join in for the second half of the sailing in Los Angeles.

To be fair, the average night is only costing you £270. That really isn’t that bad considering the level of quality in the ship as well as the inclusions involved.

Covering Scandinavia, the Caribbean as well as South America. Viking Sun will continue this fantastic journey to the Coast of Australia and then Asia before making her way through Europe and the Mediterranean next year.

Guests can swim in two pools including an infinity pool, enjoy a Nordic spa and a snow grotto where snowflakes descend from the ceiling, or relax in the winter garden under a canopy of Scandinavian trellised wood.
