New P&O Drinks Packages Pilot

So, P and O cruise lines are joining all the mainstream cruise lines in piloting a new beverage package on-board the Aura on 21/07/18 as follows.

Drinks packages

The Ultimate drinks package

Hot drinks package

Non-alcoholic package

Children’s drinks package

The most important package to guests will be the Ultimate drinks package which will consist of the following.

The new pilot will see P and O cruise lines offer an array of different beverage packages including something for the children. With prices starting from as little as £39.95 per adult per day and from £7.95 per child per day so prices for the packages are unbelievably low compared to most other American cruise lines.

However, as P and O cruise lines have some remarkable prices for their cruises anyway, will we see a dramatic increase of guests wanting to book P and O cruises if they continue to offer the new drinks packages. I am sure alot of loyal P and O customers will love to see this come into action as some guests like to avoid having the worry about purchases on-board especially when drinks are concerned. Here is a sample of the menu.

There may be some P and O loyalty guests that may not like the idea of the new beverage packages as feel it may entice more guests to book with P and O cruises that may not normally book with P and O. However, I am sure with the new beverage package trail on-board Azura will see alot of guests wanting to book this and not have the hassle or worry whilst on-board.

Either way, I am sure P and O and third-party cruise specialists will see a big increase of guests wanting to book with P and O especially now if they roll out the beverage packages on all their cruises.
