Good Bye Oriana & Hello Iona

The Oriana will be leaving the P&O cruise Fleet in August 2019 and we are still to find out where she will be going. As we say goodbye to the Oriana we will welcome the brand new Iona to the P and O fleet when she joins in 2020.

A world of even more choice on board with great choice flexibility and the ability to create your own onboard experiences like the heart of the new ship The brand new ship has been designed by the world leading design and guest experience team to make sure you have a wealth of dining entertainment socializing and relaxation options to make your holiday extra special.

The new ship will have over 15 places to eat with 8 specialty restaurants and over 10 places to enjoy a drink. 18 whirlpools, 4 swimming pools (three outside and one inside). You will have a choice of over 6 places to eat breakfast as well as plenty of entertainment venues from the theatre to adult-only venues.

The P and O Iona will be the biggest ship for the P&O fleet with the guest capacity of 5200 guests and will go on sale in September 2018 (itineraries to be advised)

She will be the most energy efficient and environment-friendly P and O ship at sea powered by natural gases and exhaust emissions will be unquestionably reduced.

More news will follow soon regarding her itineraries when this goes on sale in September 2018, so keep an eye out for the brand new ship that will be joining P and O. I know a lot of loyal P and O customers that will be booking this as soon as they can so best to get in there quick when they release their itineraries and prices.
