Marco Pierre White is hitting the ocean onboard the Stunning P&O Britannia Ship for 2019.

The godfather of cooking is making some of his statement pieces onboard with The Cookery Club which is a hands-on experience from the ages of 16 years upwards. You will not only get to watch the master at work but also join in as well. I would love to get up close and watch how his dishes come alive. I have been a fan of his for many years and last ate at his restaurant in Liverpool at the Indigo hotel and was delicious. His classes will give you the chance to see what goes into making his vibrant dishes and not only watch but taste as well as you are invited to make and eat some of his amazing dishes that are going to be served onboard your very own cruise.

Those with less experience will gain skills and confidence cooking, whilst those who are already keen cooks will be helped to further enhance their skills, at the state-of-the-art, fully-equipped workstations. Being behind the scenes in a fully operating Kitchen will also give you an insight to how the many chefs and kitchen staff work in their kitchens and you will see what they use to make the delicious food you eat every day onboard.

You can also prebook one of his hosted dinners. Marco’s hosted dinner means your meal will be cooked by the legend himself right in front of your eyes. Following this, you’ll enjoy the three courses over wine and chit chat!

The T’s & C’s

All participants must be aged 18 or over, unless booking a family class; cooks aged 16 and 17 years can attend any class providing they come along with an adult.

Guests must advise P&O of any dietary requirements once on board via the booking line.

Guests should book as early as possible due to the popularity of the class! Each class caters for 24 guests where everybody works in pairs.

Individuals are still encouraged to arrive alone as you will always find a partner. And one of the best parts is that the preparation and washing up is already done for you!
