Food to Die For!

So as you know I recently went on Royal Princess, well you’ve seen the ship, me in the gym & me with a drink in hand but what about the food, well let me tell you……………..

On the first night, we ate in the Main restaurant called Symphony & it was lovely, the food was amazing and plentiful.  I couldn’t decide which starter to have so I had both as only small portions anyway (this is how I kid myself).

On the second night, we ate in Crown Grill and oh my it was delicious, so much choice and one of the nicest meals I’ve ever had on board a ship.

Look at the after meal picture – we were completely stuffed!

This is the before picture……

Crown Grill starter – speaks for itself..

Main Course…

We had the Surf & Turf as in the picture, lobster tails & Fillet Mignon – it was so tasty. So if you ever go on Princess Cruises I recommend you pay the cover charge of $29 per person to eat in here – it is so worth it!

I don’t do puddings – honest….

4 small taster puddings if you can’t decide but they were Moorish so just had to try them.

After….

Then there is the buffet restaurant, this was very airy and spacious and a great selection of food throughout the day – we had lunch in here and it was lovely, buffet style and eat as much as you like – it’s no wonder I needed to go to the gym.

In the buffet, you can get breakfast with such a selection – I didn’t know what to have.  Also, lunch and dinner if don’t fancy the main restaurants.

Breakfast & Lunch are also served in the main restaurant.  We had breakfast in the main restaurant on the last morning with waiter service, it was so nice with the lovely friends we had met.

There is also the Pizza restaurant called ‘Alfredo’s’ – we had lunch here whilst docked in Belfast with a group we had met and again didn’t disappoint, we had a starter then shared a pizza as they are quite big & even better no extra charge to eat in here.

I can honestly say the food was fantastic at every place we ate in only 3 days….

Have you been on Princess & eaten in any of these?
I would love to hear your views…….
