Allure of the Seas to hit the Med

Allure of the Seas will be sailing in the Med from May 2015. She will be the largest and one of the newest in the fleet and will be an impressive addition to Royal Caribbean’s choice of ships next summer in the Med. No need to go all the way to Fort Lauderdale to experience this totally amazing ship, you will be able to cruise from Barcelona or Rome.

Allure of the Seas

At just over 220,000 tonnes and with a capacity of over 5,400 passengers, hard to imagine the sheer size.  Allure of the Seas is longer than four football pitches and cost over $1.5-billion…impressive!!

So what will Allure of the Seas offer?…she is packed with amazing features you won’t find on any of cruise ship.

The ship has seven different neighbourhoods, including  Central Park with real plants and trees, and a real carousel and outdoor Aquatheatre on the Boardwalk, there will also be the Royal Promenade, Flowrider , rock climbing walls, and ice skating rink.

Allure of the Seas also has on board a zip line which is suspended 9 decks above the Boardwalk, 82 feet long, I for one would love to try this although not sure I would be brave enough. There is the Rising Tide Bar that travels up through three decks from the Royal Promenade, the Adventure Ocean Children’s Club area so big it’s the size of Wembley’s football pitch.

Sailing from Barcelona and Rome in 2015, you can choose from a combination of 3, 5 and 7 night cruises between May and October visiting Majorca, Marseilles, La Spezia for Florence and Pisa, Naples, and Barcelona or Rome.

So what do you think, do you think Allure of the Seas would be your perfect cruise ship? I’m really hoping to get the opportunity next year to see Allure and for me she offers everything and more I could want from a cruise.

If you would like more information on the itineraries I would love to hear from you, give me a call on 0800 408 6101 or email [email protected]
