Casual Cunard, Well I never!!!!!

Having been out of the office for a couple of weeks I was keen to get back into the swing if things and catch up on whats been happening in the world of cruise, I was certainly not expecting this……..

On closer investigation it would seem that you regular Cunarders should have no real need to panic…… at the moment.

Basically for fly med sailings on the Queen Victora for this Summer, passengers embarking and disembarking are allowed to head down to the dining room in non formal attire. The move has been made to accommodate passengers joining and departing the ship at unsociable hours, therefore they do not need to rush around to get dressed before heading for dinner.

I can’t help but think though that this is the start of new changes for Cunard, and will other sailings possibly follow suit, let’s wait to see what the feedback will be on-board.

This change of rules will obviously give baggage handling staff more time to transfer cases to and fro. So I also can’t help thinking are Cunard making these changes to accommodate passengers of just to save their own bacon when it comes to passengers getting their cases on time, therefore less complaints.
