We Brits Love Azamara Club Cruises!

Have you cruised yet with Azamara or planning on your first, or are you one of the thousands of us Brits who just love this cruise line and will not cruise with anyone else again?  The success of Azamara is just amazing and it seems that the British are more likely to rebook with them again then any other nationality. In just 5 years the UK business has doubled. Why you may ask?

Well, they are a fantastic product that is for sure. They are smaller ships, they include drinks and tips and are ever so elegant with a huge emphasis on service, food and most of all the destinations you are visiting.  One of the USP’s of Azamara is what they call the “azAmazing evenings” where they stay in port overnight and put loads of different things together to make your excursion really different.  For example and I quote – “Experience the opulence of a night out at the St. Petersburg Symphony Orchestra, watch Maori culture come alive with a performance at the Te Papa Museum, or see acrobats soar in Monaco. ” Everything they offer is just a little different to what you would get with anyone else.

As for the fleet, well there are only 3 ships, the Journey, Quest and the Pursuit.  The Pursuit used to be the P&O Adonia. The ships only take approx 700 guests, so you can imagine the space you get along with of course the service. No more hunting for sun beds!

I have been lucky and been on board Azamara and can quite honestly say I really really liked them.  I have also sat and listened to the president and CEO of Azamara  as he hosted a presentation on the fleet and can honestly say, this man has so much enthusiasm and  love of the product, which really does shine through. For someone like myself in the cruise industry, I think that is important.

If you are thinking of trying someone else out, have a look at what they offer. I think more and more now service, food and a feeling of not getting ripped of is very important to you, you may pay a bit more but surely that is worth it?

Till next time x
