Ahoy Solo River Junkies

All the major River Cruise lines that operate in Europe are making big efforts to look after their single guest’s which is good news, in fact 2014 looks to be the best year yet. Ive found more and more cruise lines are starting to reduce or are even thinking of waiving the single supplement and coming up with special offers ! Oh thank god I hear you cry…. and I don’t blame you.

APT who I love said Solo travellers are important to them and they are going to be running a number of special deals across many of their departures that will be specially aimed at solo travellers and will include waiving the single supplement. Thank goodness someone is listening to our poor clients, not a day goes by when someone doesn’t comment on how unfair the cruise lines are to singles… Also ive heard Avalon & Uniworld will also be offering a variety of deals for singles too. Isn’t it strange when one starts the ball rolling – they all decide to jump.
