Celebrity Primark cruise !!!

Here at cruise we like to make sure we keep you all up to date with all the latest offers and top deals that we see. Social media is a fantastic way to do this and reaches lots of you so you can grab yourself a bargain.

This week I saw a fantastic offer on the Celebrity Eclipse sailing on the 07^th May. It was only a 2 night mini cruise going over to Le Harve so not the most exciting itinerary but a real chance to explore the ship and get a taster of Celebrity and what they have to offer. Luxury cruising at an affordable price.

One person on my social media account though didn’t agree and branded the cruise a perfect opportunity for all the ‘Primark and Matalan shoppers who will have locked up their caravans for a week’. I was quite shocked by this comment and must admit found it a little bit snobby if I’m honest.

Gone are the days of class structure and only the elite being able to afford cruising. Yes you get the grille suites on Cunard where they get to dine in their own exclusive restaurants and yacht club on Msc that have their own exclusive areas but if you are staying in an inside cabin costing £699 this really has no effect on you what so ever.

It’s never rubbed in your face and you don’t feel like a lower rate citizen on board these ships as these cruisers don’t walk around the ship with big badges on stating ‘I’m in the Grills don’t you know !!!’

I’m glad that everyone has a chance to cruise and with prices being reduced like the little celebrity one it’s so much more affordable for families and hardworking normal people. I am sure that nobody wants to pay over the odds for their cruises and if you can get yourself a really good deal on a cruise then that’s a bonus it doesn’t mean that you are going to be a chav just because you have yourself a deal.

If you have the view that rock bottom prices mean rock bottom people then I genuinely feel sorry for you and would suggest that you stick to 6 star cruising so you don’t have to mingle with us mere normal folk.
