British cruise line P&O Cruises have revealed that special guests from the world of sport and exploration will be joining two special Ventura itineraries next year.
The ‘P&O Cruises Presents: Sail with the stars’ itineraries will depart from Southampton in September 2023.
The first special cruise will be a seven-night Sporting Icons-themed voyage, calling at Spanish and Portuguese ports including Lisbon, Vigo and Porto from Leixoes.
Former England international cricketer and TV personality Phil Tufnell, British tennis icon who won the French Open at 19 in 1976 Sue Barker, former England rugby professional Matt Dawson and snowboarding sensational and TV presenter Aimee Fuller will be joining passengers on the Ventura cruise, departing on 2 September 2023.
The second cruise, P&O Cruises Presents: Global Explorers, will depart on 19 September 2023 calling at Le Havre and Rotterdam with tours to Amsterdam.
Adventurer and broadcaster Ben Fogle, leading travel correspondent and commentator Simon Calder and writer, speaker, broadcaster, marine biologist and naturalist Monty Halls will be joining the voyage on this fantastic five-night adventure.
As well as hearing from these stars from sport, exploration and travel, passengers onboard Ventura will be able to enjoy the full array of fabulous food, entertainment and children’s clubs onboard.
