Tasty details of all the dining experiences onboard the brand-new Celebrity Cruises ship, Celebrity Ascent, have finally been revealed!
The premium cruise line will kick their already exceptional food and drink offering up a notch on their latest Edge Series ship, including expanding cocktail and food menus, reimagining restaurants, introducing whisky tastings, immersive dinner experiences, and multi-course plant-based dinners. Here’s everything you need to know…
A New Le Voyage
Esteemed fine dining venue on Celebrity Beyond, Le Voyage, will join Celebrity Ascent and feature its own fresh creative decor. The restaurant, created by Celebrity Cruises Global Culinary Ambassador Daniel Boulud, will have plush seating, be peppered with gold accents, and a chandelier.
Passengers dining at this exquisite venue can dive into some of Chef Boulud’s finest dishes alongside his signature homemade madeleines!
Plant-Based Eats
In the bright and green oasis of Eden, a multi-deck eatery, bar, cafe and entertainment space aboard Celebrity Ascent, guests will be able to taste delightful plant-based dishes as part of a new seven-course tasting menu. Courses can include Dry Rose Petal Masala Curry, Glazed Celeriac Steak, and Ajoblanco Panna Cotta.
All dishes can be sampled via the tasting menu, which can be paired with vegan wines, or a la carte.
Cosmopolitan Restaurant Redesign
Elsewhere onboard, the Edge Series Cosmopolitan restaurant has been reimagined to feature a fresh layout and seating. The Cosmopolitan restaurant will be one of four main dining rooms on Celebrity Ascent, including Normandie, Cyprus, and Tuscan, offering more than 84 mouth-watering dishes for diners to choose from.
Revamped Speciality Dining
Adored Celebrity Cruises’ speciality restaurant Le Petit Chef – a whimsical dining experience where each course is presented by a miniature digital chef – will also be onboard Celebrity Ascent, featuring a new four-course dining experience. Exclusively for Celebrity Ascent, guests can indulge in the creative show, where the restaurant’s resident tiny digital chef will present a spellbinding magical cookbook full of delicious recipes that will be sure to delight foodies.
Additionally, other speciality eateries will offer more dishes and al fresco dining options. Fine Cut Steakhouse will, alongside its vast array of prime meats, feature a decadent Lemon Poaches Lobster Tail for guests to feast on, and Aqua Class guests will have the choice of eating breakfast and dinner at exclusive eatery Blu in an outdoor terrace space.
Cheers To New Drinks!
Guests who love a tipple or two will also be able to enjoy a range of new beverage choices onboard Celebrity Ascent – from smooth whiskeys to tantalising cocktails.
Celebrity Ascent will be home to two hand-selected barrels of whisky, made just for Celebrity Cruises in association with WhistlePig Whiskey. The whiskeys will be available to taste as part of either a tasting flight, alongside other top WhistlePig whiskeys, or available to purchase individually.
The Martini Bar, situated in the Grand Plaza of Celebrity Ascent, will have its own revised menu to relish too. Drinks will include desert martinis and fruit-infused cocktails, all mixed up by charismatic and entertaining mixologists!

Hungry cruisers can taste all of these fresh dining and drinks options on Celebrity Ascent, after the ship’s launch in November this year. Celebrity Ascent will sail to the Caribbean for its inaugural season, on several four, three, and seven-night voyages departing from Fort Lauderdale’s Port Everglades.
