No More Free All Inclusive with NCL

The latest news in the cruising world is regarding Norwegian Cruise Lines.  One of the big draws with the cruise line apart from the stunning ships was the Free Premium All Inclusive that was included.  This was a definite bonus for a lot of my customers who I have booked cruises with Norwegian for.

They have now made the decision to scrap the Premium All Inclusive.  Do not worry though..they have come up with a replacement.  The new programme they are offering is called Free At Sea.  Let me tell you all about it.

For an additional £99 per person you can have access to two of five benefits.  Here are the benefits you can choose from:

• A premium drinks package worth up to $99USD per person, per day, including gratuities and service charges
• Speciality dining for three nights of a seven-night sailing, worth $89USD per person, including gratuities and service charges
• Free WiFi, up to 250 minutes per stateroom on a seven-night basis
• $50USD on board credit per stateroom, per port, to spend on shore excursions
• Third and fourth passengers in a stateroom sail for the cost of taxes only (selected sailings only)

If you book one of the top class staterooms like the Haven, Concierge or suites you would automatically be eligible for all five of the benefits.

This is a unique concept for cruise lines and Norwegian are the first to try this new way of adding benefits to your cruise.

Norwegian’s main concept still remains the same which is wear what you want, eat what you want and when you want and choose your own entertainment.

My personal opinion on this is I feel it is a much better deal than the free Premium All Inclusive because there is more flexibility over what you can have included on your cruise.
