Avalon Impression is 5-star ship she is currently sailing on the Danube. I sailed on one of her Active and Discovery sailings which I will update you on the details next time.

The ship is a longship and accommodates approximately 160 passengers usually ships of this size accommodate nearer 200 passengers so this means you have a lot more space with Avalon.

 

She is classed as a suite ship with two decks having Panorama suites with wall to wall Panoramic windows that open up and transform the living area into an open-air balcony. I loved just sitting and watching the beautiful scenery pass by.

The suite also had the bed facing the window which most other cruise lines don’t have, meaning you could again open up that window and watch the world go by. The suites are 30% bigger than the Industry standard. The Bathroom was fully tiled with lovely corner shower and minus the shower curtain which is a big plus in my book. Toiletries were l’Occataine which are amazing. They have a fully stocked mini bar however this is chargeable. They feature USB ports to charge devices. The tv If you’re in the suite long enough to watch has up-to-date movies showing.

They do have onboard two Royal Suite’s however they were occupied and I couldn’t get to see them however they have a separate living area and were finished to the same standard as the Panorama Suites.

Deck one had deluxe staterooms with river view windows decorated to the same standard however slightly smaller size.

I was really impressed with the suites they had plenty of space decorated to a high standard with a home from home feel. I don’t think would disappoint especially with the amazing river view they offer from the Panorama window.
