The World’s Coming To The UK

The World – Sounds unbelievable the largest privately owned yacht,  built in 2002 the guests are from all over the World about 45 different Countries & they live on board the ship, she is calling in the UK in July 2019.. The Program brings onboard expert guides and lecturers in various fields of expertise – diving, wine tasting, world cultures.

It’s home to 150-180 passengers who each have their own private Verandah and are free to come and go as they please, as they would back home. Each year the itineraries are put together by the Captain & the guests, a vote is taken to decide the Countries and ports they will be visiting.

The World’s  Lecture Program goes well beyond what you’ll find in any luxury living or travel program, far superior to any other cruise line around, Cultural, Educational with great musicians Contemporary, Modern and traditional & local themes to suit. with World-renowned experts on the voyages including expeditions.

Workshops- Experts and artists from around the globe are brought on board to take workshops in areas of study including photography, painting, writing, and acting, from members of the Royal Academy of Arts. 

Visiting all of the corners of the World together every year they become like residents living in a residential community- albeit a nice one. So along with the usual cruise inclusions, the ship includes grocery shops and also a delicatessen in case you wish to try something a little more down to Earth.

Onboard are all the usual facilities like any other ship The World has two swimming pools; water sports retractable marina; jogging track; full-size tennis court; paddle tennis court; golf facilities (with golf simulator), driving ranges; Gym  (exercise classes, personal trainers, saunas). are available.

The accommodation range from studios to three-bedroom apartments and six-bedroom penthouse suite. They have annual maintenance fees.
