Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to visit my page. My name is James and I have been very lucky to have spent the past 19 years in an industry I love.

I fell accidentally into travel as a 20 year old who had just been selling computers. I walked into Lunn Poly next door to book my next holiday and walked out with a job! I spent 12 years working for TUI as it is known now, working my way up to Town Manager. I then moved over to Virgin Holidays where I opened their first store in my area, spending the next 6 years as store manager whilst helping as a cruise expert for my region. The last 12 months I have spent working for a Luxury holiday company which specialised in high end hotels and 6* cruising, before joining cruise.co.uk where I can finally build on my passion ‘cruise’.

I have a beautiful wife named Charlotte and 2 gorgeous daughters Rosie 2 and Mollie who is 4 . Recently just increased our family members with 2 little black kittens named McQueen and Eddie. They were found abandoned in the road and narrowly avoided being run over by an Eddie Stobart truck…hence the names the rescue centre gave them!

I spend every day getting very jealous whilst planning your amazing holidays. I have seen some amazing places and have many more on my to do list!

I started my love affair with cruising aboard the Thomson (Marella) Celebration back in 2008.  A small ship that had and still does have a very loyal customer base. High levels of service, great entertainment and high quality food. Traits that have continued to this very day.

I have also sailed on the Caribbean Princess and most recently on my honeymoon aboard Royal Caribbean’s amazing Harmony of the Seas.

I have travelled extensively all over the world. Visiting places such as Thailand, Malaysia, North America, much of the Caribbean and Europe. I have too many favourite places to list them all, but I will share a few of my holiday snaps from some of my trips.
