Need an amazing cruise? Then it’s got to be Azamara.

In my opinion, gained from more than 30 years in the cruise business, there is one cruise line that rarely, if ever, gets clients shouting. Then again, once you have experienced this line, you could be in for a surprise.

So, after after all this time, I still cannot understand how Azamara can be so relatively unknown. To their followers, and they have quite a few, they are truly amazing. Yet, ask a group of seasoned cruisers which lines first spring to mind and I am certain that Azamara will never be included in their list.

Still, Azamara Club Cruises, to give the cruise line its full official title, really is one the best kept secrets when it comes to cruising.

When I talk cruising to any of my clients, and prospective clients, they tell me many of the cruise lines they have cruised with over the years. Their list invariably starts with P&O and Royal Caribbean because, I suppose, these lines are very well marketed to the UK consumer, and people often start their cruising days with one of these lines. People then often realise that cruising doesn’t stop with these lines and my clients search out altewrnative options, especially if the itineraries start to become rather repetitive.

Moving on from these two lines, people are going to try Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruises, MSC, Princess Cruises.

People often get recommendations from their fellow cruisers and, not surprisingly, people tend to become creatures of habit and I know many who settle now for the same line over and over again. Nothing wrong with that if that’s what makes you happy.

People with open minds and ask me for my recommendations will often be guided towards Holland America or, if they are looking at the ultra luxury end of cruising, then I always push Silversea and Regent. For good reason. I have personally cruised many times on many of their ships.

Alas, there is one cruise line that stands out more than most as the line that “bridges” the move between mainstream ie. P&O, Royal Caribbean and the ultra luxury brands of Silversea and Regent. That line is Azamara.

Azamara Cruises include as standard AzAmazing Evenings event (on most voyages), select standard spirits, international beers and wines, gratuities, bottled water, soft drinks, specialty coffees and teas, self-service laundry, shuttle service to and from port communities, where available and concierge services for personal guidance and reservations.

Don’t-forget…-Don’t-tip.-You’ll-offend-your-server.

Guests in suites, in addition to the above, also receive English butler service, 235 complimentary Internet minutes, one free bag of laundry service per suite, each seven days, complimentary dining in the specialty restaurants, afternoon tea service in suite, guests in Club World Owner’s and Club Ocean suites may choose a complimentary Insider Access or Nights & Cool Places excursion (this information is subject to change).

Azamara offer a great deal more too…     so there really never has been a better time to book Azamara.
