Robot Bar Tenders And Suites With Slides !!!

Yes you read it correct !!!

Royal Caribbean have announced that their brand new ship Symphony Of the Seas will have a 1,346-square-foot Ultimate Family Suite will have a slide that runs from the kids’ room to the living room, a wall devoted to Lego play, a wraparound balcony with a kid-friendly pool table climbing feature, a full-size hot tub, and a theater-style TV room, complete with popcorn machine and multiple gaming systems. There will also be a Lazer tag which will have State-of-the-art technology and special effects that transform Studio B into the ultimate laser tag arena, grown ups will love this too i think, although your kid will probably beat you!  Another new feature will be the Escape Room, If you fancy a challenge teams will race against the clock and learn to work together toward a common goal – to escape the submarine-themed room before time runs out. I done this in Dublin and it was such a fun experience, it was like nothing i had ever done before, and i would certainly do it again. the Independence will also have the lazer tag and escape room for Summer 2018 so if you don’t fancy flying to Barcelona to sail on the Symphony then sail from Southampton on the Independence instead and still experience this family fun.

Another new feature which i am really impressed with is guests will check-in via the brand’s new mobile app and upload their security “selfie” to create their on board account from the comfort of their home. Upon arrival, guests will go through a security screening and then head straight to their stateroom, where their key will be ready and waiting !! i really hope this works out as us British really don’t like to Queue.

Now for the Robots, The Genies are human, unlike the bartenders that will be working at the Bionic Bar, already a facility on Royal Caribbean’s Oasis-class ships. The mechanical mixologists can muddle, shake, strain, and serve cocktails made from any combination of 30 spirits and 21 mixers. Don’t worry though as your favourite human bar tender will be available at the other bars on board should you not wish to be served by a robotic human!! we don’t want the robots stealing all the jobs now do we ?
