Oasis of the Seas is on her way ………..

Earlier this week, the world’s largest and most innovative cruise ship, Oasis of the Seas arrived into the Keppel Verolme shipyard in Rotterdam ahead of its sailing to the UK.
She will be in Southampton for the first time on 15 October 2014.
She is an amazing 40 per cent larger than any other cruise ship to ever dock in the UK.
To give you some perspective of her size she is longer than four football pitches and wider than almost six London buses parked end-to-end and taller than Nelsons Column………she is the worlds largest cruise ship.

This weekend my parents are celebrating there golden wedding anniversary ….. As cruise lovers it would of been great for them to celebrate on board and renew there vows but with such a large family a local hotel will have us all descending upon them on Saturday night instead…….
