Royal Caribbean are really stealing the limelight these last few weeks Quantum is here and to celebrate the Ultimate All Inclusive has been brought back on all European Summer 2015 sailings for a limited time.
What does this mean to you as a passenger?

If you sit on the sofa on a Saturday and Sunday night and tap your feet and each week say ” I’d love to be able to dance like that”  like I do then this could become reality, In addition to P&O Cruises popular Strictly Come Dancing themed cruises, you can now slip on your dancing shoes as P&O Cruises ups the tempo with its first “official” Strictly Come Dancing contests on all ships.

Cruises now are much more than simply getting us from port to port, they now offer much more whilst on board with amenities and facilities that we wouldn’t find in hotels for passengers of all ages to enjoy.

New offshore cruise ship terminal in the Adriatic could resolve the problem over the cruise ships invading Venice’s lagoon.

Earlier this week, the world’s largest and most innovative cruise ship, Oasis of the Seas arrived into the Keppel Verolme shipyard in Rotterdam ahead of its sailing to the UK.
She will be in Southampton for the first time on 15 October 2014.
She is an amazing 40 per cent larger than any other cruise ship to ever dock in the UK.
To give you some perspective of her size she is longer than four football pitches and wider than almost six London buses parked end-to-end and taller than Nelsons Column………she is the worlds largest cruise ship.

Booking on the high street gives you a time window of between 9-5 to choose your cruise, book and then chat about any alterations or queries you may have prior to sailing………….its a new world out there and how many of us want to actually sort our holidays out in our personal time when we are relaxed and not rushed , for many that’s in an evening ….oh dear the high street agent is shut ….the phone just keeps ringing or going to answer machine promising me a call back  tomorrow……….

Royal Caribbean has announced that We will Rock You will be the main show on board Anthem of the Seas from April 2015.

This weekend my parents are celebrating there golden wedding anniversary ….. As cruise lovers it would of been great for them to celebrate on board and renew there vows but with such a large family a local hotel will have us all descending upon them on Saturday night instead……. How I wished when I was little that they’d got married on ‘The Love Boat’ 50 years ago, how cool would that of been ?

With just less than two months to go till  Quantum of the Seas is delivered to Royal Caribbean on October 28th 2014 ready for her Transatlantic sailing from Southampton on 2nd November arriving into Cape Liberty, New Jersey on 10th November 2014.
