Soooo this week, I wanted to update you with what I have been up to and have coming up! ….. So ….. I always believe it is important that to be able to do this and have this rapport to start with, you really have to know me (us) as a company and I have these chats many a times with most of my customers! I love this because I care about your holiday, making sure everything is right, ensuring you have everything you need before you travel so it is so important to me that you also know who I am ….

At the moment at the age of 32, I am very much into my fitness (I always have been, but even more so now) and this year I am pleased to say I completed the Couch to 5K programme, I would have struggled to run and not be out of breath just down my road before and since then I have been on a mission …..

Back in August myself and 4 friends took to the challenge of climbing up Mount Snowdon, the highest mountain in wales and I absolutely loved it, the experience will stay with me forever, the stunning views, the pain in my legs and muscles I didn’t even know I had was completely worth the feeling of pure achievement up the top!

Running at the moment for me is a bit like sitting up on deck on a sea day with the wind flowing through your hair, it makes me feel incredible and the early morning workouts have been leading me to feel so much more energetic and wanting it even more….

This month I am completing the Prosseco 5k run for a medal (my own little challenge to myself), I have been enjoying lovely local walks, we really do have some beautiful countryside here in the UK and for myself in Hertfordshire and I have signed up for my first Park Run and the London Winter 10k run in February.

Wonder what the next 6 months will bring …. WATCH THIS SPACE!!
