Escaping The October Rain

October, always an iffy month weather wise, here is Birmingham we have  had a 22c sunny day which is very odd for this time of year followed by days of non stop rain, which I definitely dislike! So I have decided to escape for a week off sunshine.

As you will be reading this I will be in a ( hopefully ) sunny Turkey , I have been keeping track of the weather as you do and it seems to be around 25c, 26c which I am more than happy with as long as the sky stays blue!

OI am travelling with my parents and little boy so our main priority was family friendly so we have opted for the Holiday Village Turkey, always a great choice for families with plenty on offer, I haven’t stayed here before but have heard great things and i am sure it wont disappoint. Holiday Village is located in Sarigerme which is only around 20 minutes from Dalaman airport, another huge positive as every other time I have been to turkey the transfers have always been around 2 hours, which isnt great when you aren’t a fan of coaches!

Other than a couple of mini breaks it looks like this will be my last holiday of the year, so once I return Ill be thinking of where to head next year, because we all need something to look forward to right? Other than a couple of short mini cruises with friends I have nothing else penciled in for 2019, not just yet anyway!

Once back I will update you on my thoughts of the Holiday Village, and if you have been let me know how it is and what to expect!
