eeeeeeeeek P&O name there brand new ship !!!!

So I don’t know about you but I had all weird and wonderful names in my head for the new P&O ship but IONA wasn’t one of them. I have learnt from some of my Scottish colleagues that it is a Scottish name and so I think it’s amazing that we are having a traditional name for what looks to be another beautiful ship from the P&O Fleet. I hope that she is christened here in the UK as I was fortunate enough to be invited to the naming ceremony of the beautiful ship Britannia and what a buzz that was the atmosphere that day was incredible and one I will never forget I also got to sleep onboard the ship in a brand new cabin that had never been used with a bed that had never been slept in and I have to say she is now one of my favourite ships in the fleet so I can’t wait to see what IONA brings.
