Saving a few Pounds or Great Service??

What’s more important to you?

When looking at your next Cruise Holiday you’re always looking for the best offer with the best added values but would you sacrifice the service. We have all had bad service at one point in our lives and I for one do not return to somewhere that I have had a bad experience when it comes to the service. On the flip side we have all had great service and it makes us feel that we are a valued customer and amazing service can turn our whole day around. There are so many companies selling the same thing from TV’s to Holidays to Cruises. There’s a lot of competition so what helps you make the decision on who to choose? Are you simply just looking for the best price or do you take everything into consideration? Do you go with the helpful and friendly agent who gave you memorable service but you may have to pay a little more or save a few pounds and get OK service. Let me know what’s more important to you!!

People love Cruises because of the great service they receive and it drives a lot of repeat customers. The service I received on my Cruise was better than any service I have received in a hotel. Do you feel the same? I love how they show a great attention to details such as making towel animals for you in your cabin.

I loved coming back to a different towel animal each day, it's surprising how many animals they can actually represent!

I have included a short video below showing the wait staff on-board Legend of the Seas singing to everyone in the Main Dining Room which I think really made the experience for myself, my friend and the other guests.
