Pre booking your finishing touches with RCCL and Celebrity cruises just got easier, guest can now pre book even more prior to departure 180 to 4 days before their sail date.

Prior to this change the 8 year old outdated personaliser was used to mainly pre book shore excursion and speciality dining options.  Some of the problems customers faced were mainly time related making ordering services time consuming and very frustrating. For example passengers had to pay for shore excursions individually after booking each tour.

Some of the new features of the site mean customers are able to set up there account from home. The easy to navigate page will then allow customer to book Shore excursions, On board activities, Beverage packages, entertainment, spa and fitness. Customers can read details, reviews and  watch videos. Before adding the items to either a wish list or shopping basket. This new applications allows to you stop take a break and save your finding for later on the same or different devices. Tablet functionality, which barely existed on the old platform, now helps customers glide through their pre bookable options with ease. For thrill seekers wanting rock climbing, ice skating and more, you can sign your waivers before you board, by completing the Onboard Activities’ Waivers online.

Finally the once completing their choices customer can now paying at the end just the once whilst finalising the shopping basket. No more individual payments!!!!!

In a announcement Jeff DeKorte, vice president for Web and digital media at RCCL said “We been focused on letting our guests hit the ground running on day one, whereas in the past, sometimes day one was spent figuring out what you were going to do. Our vision was to create a product where … the family could lean back on the couch and literally she could hand the tablet to the kids and say, ‘You guys figure out what you want to do, watch the videos, look at the shore excursions, swim with the dolphins and add it to the calendar or the wish list.”
