Seabourn go beyond the call of duty to help my passengers retrieve their luggage

A Seabourn are a 6 star cruise line we already expect the service on-board to be as good as you can get, sometimes though I have to say that I am still pleasantly surprised to hear how helpful they were to my clients who have just returned from a Seabourn Legend sailing around the caribbean.

My clients had flown premium economy with Air France via Paris and unfortunately 3 of their 4 pieces of luggage never made it to the final destination.  My clients obviously reported this to Air France and Seabourn and were set to have a one night hotel stay before transferring to the Legend for their cruise.

My clients said that Seabourn were extremely helpful to them over this and send a representative to the airport the following day for them to see if the luggage had turned up.  Well the good news that two of the three bags had now been  sent but there was still one missing.  The final bag was located but wasn’t due to arrive into the airport until the ship was about to set sail.

The ship did have to set off on time otherwise I believe Seabourn would have had to pay a alot of extra port fees, however the captain sailed out extra slowly whilst meantime someone managed to get the case from the airport, get it onto the pilot and the pilot came out to the Legend and transferred my clients final case.

It was so nice to hear a happy ending for my clients finally getting all of their cases as they set sail and it was great to hear that Seabourn went above the call of duty to help them.
