I’m going to cruise on the Celebrity Infinity !

I will be flying out to Bilbao, Spain this Sunday the 6th October to sail on the Celebrity Infinity for 6 nights and will be returning to Harwich on the 12th October.

I am a big fan of Celebrity cruises personally but have only been on a one night stay back in 2009 which was on the launch of the Celebrity Equinox, I was really impressed by the Equinox.

The Celebrity Infinity is an older ship than the Equinox, she is a Millennium class ship that was launched in 2001 accommodating 2170 passengers.

Celebrity Cruises are a 5* American luxury cruise brand and they offer what they like to call “Modern Luxury”, this is something that appeals to me personally more than the likes of Cunard for example, who are a lot more of an old-fashioned and traditional cruise brand.

I do have high expectations for this trip, I hope that my expectations are fulfilled, time will tell.

Of course once I return I will be making sure that my thoughts and experiences, as well as pictures and videos are posted on my blog so watch this space !
