Spring has definitely sprung!

Where did April go??
What a month. This is always a busy one in the cruising world as many lines launch (excuse the pun) their new products for the following year.
Not only that, with the exciting announcement that the world’s biggest cruise liner the magnificent Royal Caribbean’s Oasis of the Seas is coming over to Europe for a quick visit in 2014, the phones have not stopped ringing. One minute it was snowing outside my office window and now there is glorious and much yearned for sunshine.
Working in the cruise industry is never boring and even those of us with many years (without saying how many!!) of experience are still amazed at the new ships being built and the new itineraries planned.
Another reason for the “Spring Fever” are P&O and Cunard’s latest GIVEAWAYS, sorry I mean Getaways!!
What fantastic prices from around £50 per person per night in a balcony cabin!!! I want to go on them all. £699pp for a 14 night cruise on Aurora to the Baltics-are they mad???
What will May bring? Every month something will surprise us….Watch this space!
