How do you book your cruise?

It has come to my attention that when speaking to clients on the phone, I really don’t know what they are doing when we are in conversation.

I called a lady early today and she said she was half undressed and could I call back later.  I have also spoken to a lady before who was in the bath! Also I have booked a client whilst they were walking their dog.

Quite often when I am on a late shift I call clients or they call me and are eating tea or having a snack (actually they were eating crisps and talking at the same time) a little off putting I think.

As we have a great website www.cruise.co.uk many people are in front of their computer looking at the potential stateroom they are wanting to book.  With the technology as it is now there are IPads and tablets galore not to mention smart phones so you can pretty much book a cruise from anywhere and wearing anything or even wearing not alot! (Please don’t tell me this though)
