Calling all Sailors

Here at www.cruise.co.uk we do not just do ocean cruising we also have an excellent company called Star Clippers who have actual working sail boats which have some exquisite Itineraries.

So you have been to the Caribbean Islands….not these you haven’t.  Itineraries such as from Barbados, Rodney Bay St Lucia, Cabrits & Roseau Dominica, Antigua, Basseterre & beach St Kitts, Iles des Saintes, Fort de France in Martinique and then back to Barbados.

Star Clippers are fully working sail boats which are wind powered (when there’s is enough). There are complimentary water sports in the Caribbean and for Itineraries in Costa Rica.  Oh yes Costa Rica and the ports of call are on the Pacific side of the country not the Caribbean side.

The ships also have Itineraries in Eastern and Western Europe and also Baltics.

There is no dress code on board and all the seating in dining is open so no set times.  The buffets are exquisite and in the main dining it will be silver service.

Now these ships are small in capacity, Star Clipper and Star Flyer hold 170 passengers and the Royal Clipper holds 227 passengers, so the availability can be very tight and you will need to book about 8 months in advance.

If this is of interest then call me and we can see the availability.

There will be some entertainment in the night which will be hosted by the crew….it could even be a crew member who has just waited on you at dinner or even the person you saw up the rigging earlier on in the day!

These ships are for active passengers and do not have disabled cabins.  You can visit the wheel house or even help hoist the rigging.
